Our production facilities allow us to produce small batches for specific customer needs. For example, a set of consumables, tanks, fixtures and accessories made of polypropylene or polystyrene used in laboratory research.
The main requirements for laboratory plastics are impact resistance, resistance to steam, high temperatures, aggressive chemicals and organic solvents. Plastic for laboratories is, first of all, laboratory glassware made of plastic: plastic tubes, Petri dishes, serological pipettes, as well as other necessary accessories: tips with and without a filter, test tube racks, plates, vials, etc.

The usual procedure for contract manufacturing:
– signing a non-disclosure agreement with the customer
– analysis of preliminary technical specifications, commercial proposal
– organizing and conducting a visit to the enterprise, signing a memorandum
– technology transfer, signing of accompanying documents for production
– production of an engineering, test batch or a validation batch of goods
